Q: How long does it take to get the finished product?
A: You will receive your segment via e-mail in Windows Media format approximately one week after recording.

Q: I can’t hear my Windows Media file. What do I do?
A: Please call your producer. They will walk you through downloading and installing the Windows Media Player available here. The download is free.

Q: Can I make changes to my segment after recording?
A: We will happily accommodate any requests to make changes. We can quickly take care of deleting content and correcting errors in pronunciation made by our voice talent.
Be aware, however, that you may be responsible for excessive production and engineering costs, such as additional recording sessions with your spokesperson, rewriting previously approved copy, and significant editing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee to include the revised segment in our broadcast if you request changes after the recording deadline. In the event that the revised segment is not completed in time for broadcast, the original segment will air.

Q: Will I be able to hear my segment before it airs?
A: Although it is not our standard policy, we can accommodate a client’s request to hear the final edit of a segment before we ship. However, this request is much more difficult to accommodate at deadline. Our thorough scripting and approval process resolves most of these issues in advance.
If you must hear your segment before it airs, please tell your line producer so that we can schedule your spokesperson accordingly. We must record your spokesperson at least two weeks before the recording deadline. That will provide enough time for you to get back to us with changes before the program goes to broadcast.
We cannot guarantee that your revised segment will air if you request changes after the recording deadline. In the event that the revised segment is not completed in time for broadcast, the original segment will air.
