Sky Radio Announces Programming Agreement with Yahoo!

Yahoo! Takes to the Skies on American Airlines

Los Angeles, July 26, 2000) – Sky Radio today announced a programming agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company, to air the Yahoo!“ Channel on American Airlines (NYSE:AMR) flights.

Sky Radio will air the Yahoo! Channel, a new inflight radio program, on all audio/video-equipped American Airlines flights lasting over 2 hours. With the Yahoo! Channel, travelers can sit back, relax and listen to an entertaining program filled with information about a variety of Yahoo! services including Yahoo! Auctions (http://auctions.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Careers (http://careers.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Entertainment (http://entertainment.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Shopping (http://shopping.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com) and Yahoo! Travel (http://travel.yahoo.com).

According to Marc Holland, CEO of Sky Radio, "As far as I know, this is the biggest deal in the history of inflight programming. Yahoo! is the first consumer brand to own an entire in-flight radio channel. The show is almost like browsing the Web, except that instead of seeing it, you’re listening to it.

"Yahoo! provides consumers with invaluable information online, and now that same information is available to travelers who don’t have access to the Internet while in the air," Holland continued. "The Yahoo! Channel provides a valuable service for American’s in-flight business and pleasure travelers, while also enabling American Airlines to offer a quality entertainment show."

Sky Radio is the leading producer of in-flight business and technology radio programming. Its eBusiness and technology programs air monthly to millions of business travelers. The company also produces CEOLive.com and ITRadioNetwork.com, two popular radio Webzines dedicated to business, technology and change

"We are pleased to be working with Sky Radio to inform and educate travelers about Yahoo!’s wide array of services," said Ken Grouf, senior brand manager, Yahoo!. "By offering entertaining and informative programming to passengers while in the air, we hope to make the Internet experience on land simple and fun."

Much like the Internet, Sky Radio is reaching out to Yahoo! users and American Airlines passengers to help make the show as fun and entertaining as possible. "We’re hungry for good ideas. If you have a story, idea or anecdote, we want to know," says Holland.

The program will also available online through Yahoo! Broadcast, www.SkyRadioNetwork.com and on the IT Radio Network at www.ITRadioNetwork.com/yahoo/yahoo.cfm.
