IT RADIO NETWORK GOES ONE ON ONE WITH MAYUR SHAH, PRESIDENT OF SAP MARKETS

According to Shah, the partnership is one of the most far reaching partnerships in the B-to-B arena. "What were doing is redefining how marketplaces ought to be operating in terms of how to bring more liquidity into these marketplaces."
Shah also discussed the amount of growth SAP anticipates will arise from the recent partnership. "We think about 50% of the growth of these marketplaces and whether they are private marketplaces or public marketplaces, 50% of them will be from existing SAP customers," said Shah. "But there is a very big opportunity for non-SAP customers to now utilize this joint SAPMarkets/Commerce One solution."
