In the interview, Bligh discussed what it means to be an eBusiness integration provider. "What it means is to integrate throughout their value chains into their customer relationship management processes, their supply chain management processes, their procurement processes – and linking all of those things with their suppliers and trading partners," said Bligh. "eBusiness integration is to make the Internet and online channels work in an integrated fashion across all of the company’s chains."
